1. Shipping Overview

KK Inti Ruchulu ships authentic Andhra homemade food products domestically within India and internationally to 50+ countries. All products are handcrafted in small batches, securely packed to preserve freshness, and shipped via trusted logistics partners.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on destination, order weight, and the shipping method selected. Exact shipping charges will be communicated via WhatsApp or phone before payment is collected.

2. Order Processing Time

Because our products are handmade to order, please allow for processing time before dispatch:

Processing time begins after order confirmation and payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International delivery estimates exclude customs processing time, which varies by country and is beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • The sole responsibility of the customer/recipient
  • Collected by the customs authority or delivery carrier at the time of delivery

We have no control over customs policies and cannot predict the exact amount. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations for food imports before placing an order.

Refused shipments: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping cost.

6. Packaging & Food Safety

We take packaging seriously to ensure your food arrives fresh and safe:

  • All products are packed in food-grade, airtight containers
  • Leak-proof secondary packaging for pachadis and wet products
  • Shock-absorbing materials to prevent damage during transit
  • Tamper-evident seals on all product containers
  • Clear labeling with ingredients, weight, manufacturing date, and best-before date

For international shipments, we include necessary food product declarations and documentation required for customs clearance.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp or email. You can:

  • Track your order on our Track Order page using your order ID
  • Track directly on the shipping carrier's website using the tracking number provided
  • Contact us on WhatsApp for real-time updates

8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our shipping partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails because:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer: We will attempt to reship to the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply. If the product has perished, no replacement or refund will be issued.
  • Recipient unavailable after all attempts: The package will be returned to us. No refund will be issued for the product. We may offer to reship at the customer's expense, subject to product freshness.
  • Customer refuses delivery: No refund or replacement will be issued.

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/unit numbers, landmarks, and a reachable phone number.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipping to certain destinations due to:

  • Local food import regulations (non-veg products are restricted in some countries)
  • Carrier restrictions on specific food items
  • Extreme weather conditions that may compromise product quality

We will inform you before order confirmation if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your destination. It is your responsibility to verify that the products you order are permitted for import in your country.

10. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (Sections 4 and 7) for the reporting procedure and resolution process.

11. Shipping Cost Changes

Shipping costs are subject to change based on carrier rate revisions, fuel surcharges, and destination-specific adjustments. The shipping cost communicated at the time of order confirmation is final for that order.
