These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and KK Inti Ruchulu ("we," "us," or "our"), a food business operating from Andhra Pradesh, India, through the website kkintiruchulu.com and via WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels.

By browsing our website, placing an order, or communicating with us through any channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided for the order

We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately. However:

• Handmade variations: Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, consistency, and spice levels may occur between batches. These are inherent characteristics, not defects.
• Photographs: Product images are representative. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance from photographs due to lighting, display settings, and the handmade nature of the products.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.
• Seasonal products: Certain products (e.g., mango pickles) are seasonal and available only during specific times of the year.

Orders can be placed through the following channels:

• WhatsApp: Add items to your cart on our website and click "Order via WhatsApp." A pre-filled message with your order details will open in WhatsApp. We will confirm availability, share payment details, and process your order.
• Phone call: Call us during business hours to place your order verbally.

Order confirmation: An order is confirmed only when we send you an explicit confirmation via WhatsApp or email after receiving payment. Adding items to your cart or sending us a message does not constitute a confirmed order.

Right to refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a confirmed order, any payment received will be refunded in full.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Prices in other currencies are approximate conversions and may vary at the time of payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies to your order.
• Shipping charges are additional and will be communicated before payment.
• Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the ordering process (via WhatsApp or phone).
• Pricing errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made. We will notify you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
• GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in the listed prices for domestic orders, unless otherwise stated.

• Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles mustard, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, dairy (ghee), and fish/shellfish. Cross-contamination may occur despite our best efforts.
• If you have food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to review the ingredient list before ordering. Contact us on WhatsApp for detailed ingredient information.
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions, adverse health effects, or dietary complications resulting from consuming our products if the allergen information was available or provided upon request.
• Our products contain no artificial preservatives. Once opened, products must be refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe indicated on the packaging.
• We are not responsible for any illness or health issues caused by improper storage, delayed consumption, or failure to follow storage instructions after delivery.
• Spice levels in our products follow traditional Andhra recipes and may be significantly spicier than what some customers are accustomed to. This is by design and is not a defect.

Each product has a specific shelf life and storage requirement, clearly labeled on the packaging. General guidelines:

• Pachadis (pickles): Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. Use a clean, dry spoon each time.
• Karam Podulu (spice powders): Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. Avoid moisture contact.
• Non-Veg Pachadis: Must be refrigerated at all times. Consume within the specified timeframe.
• Sweets & Snacks: Consume within the best-before date. Store as directed on the packaging.

We are not responsible for product spoilage due to improper storage by the customer after delivery.

All content on kkintiruchulu.com — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, brand name, product names, recipes, page layouts, and design elements — is the intellectual property of KK Inti Ruchulu and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from our website without prior written consent
• Use our brand name, logo, or product images for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Frame, mirror, or scrape our website or any portion thereof

If you create an account on our website:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes

By submitting a review, testimonial, or any content to us or on our website:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display your content for marketing and promotional purposes
• You confirm the content is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not infringe on third-party rights
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that is abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates these Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• We are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure, Section 12).
• We are not liable for any health effects caused by consuming our products if allergen and ingredient information was made available.
• We are not responsible for product quality deterioration due to shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or weather events.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather
• Pandemics, epidemics, or government-imposed health emergencies
• Wars, civil unrest, terrorism, or political instability
• Government actions, sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory changes
• Strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions
• Internet or telecommunications failures affecting order processing
• Carrier or logistics partner failures

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and fulfill your order as soon as circumstances permit.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KK Inti Ruchulu, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our products or services
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including food import laws in your jurisdiction
• Any inaccurate information you provided during the ordering process

You agree not to:

• Resell our products commercially without prior written authorization
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Use our website to transmit malware, spam, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with us

Our services involve third-party platforms and providers:

• WhatsApp (Meta): Order communications are conducted via WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by Meta's terms of service and privacy policy.
• Shipping carriers: Delivery is handled by third-party logistics companies. Their liability is governed by their own terms of service.
• Payment processors: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their terms and security standards.

We are not responsible for the actions, failures, or policies of third-party service providers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.

For international customers: by placing an order, you consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts and agree that Indian law governs the transaction, regardless of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution:

• Step 1 — Direct resolution: Contact us via WhatsApp or email. Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Written complaint: If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint to bhagyavellanki82@gmail.com. We will respond within 15 business days.
• Step 3 — Mediation: If still unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
• Step 4 — Legal proceedings: As a last resort, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KK Inti Ruchulu. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your order apply to that order.
